Booth applications will be accepted until June 15.  If accepted, an invoice will be issued with payment due before August 15.

First time vendors are encouraged to apply with another artist to share cost and booth space (10×10). Both vendors must fill out the digital application separately. Shared booths do not guarantee acceptance for both vendors. Booth sharing vendors must be approved by the jury committee. Unofficial booth sharing is not permitted.

The North Country Fair gives priority to local community initiatives aligned with our mission. Preference will not be given to religious institutions, political candidates, or political parties.

 Special considerations and fee waivers are available for community groups and small nonprofits that align with our mission that are not able to commit to hosting a booth for the entire weekend or pay the full fee.

APPLICATIONS FOR A FREE 4-hr booth will be available April 1st. For waitlist info for a free space, please inquire at director@northcountryfair.org!
